PRIVACY NOTICE
Ranmade is a one-person design studio in Bangkok, Thailand. This notice explains what we do with your information when you make and order a poster on this site, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

WHILE YOU PLAY WITH THE PREVIEW
Your GPX file is read and drawn inside your own browser. Nothing is sent to us while you try different words and looks. If you close the page without ordering, we never receive your file.
WHAT WE RECEIVE WHEN YOU ORDER
- Your email address, and your name if you give it.
- Your GPX file: route, times, elevation and heart rate. Heart rate is health data, so we only use it with your explicit consent (the tick box on the order form).
- The text and design choices for your poster, and any note you add.
- Payment confirmation. Card payments go through Stripe; we never see your card number.
WHY WE USE IT
- To make your poster file and email it to you.
- To contact you about your order.
- To keep the sales records that tax law requires.
We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or publish your poster or route without asking you first.
WHO ELSE TOUCHES IT
Only the services we need to run the shop: our website host, our email provider, and Stripe for card payments. Each handles your data only to provide its service to us.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
- Your GPX file: deleted 7 days after we deliver your files, or sooner if you ask.
- Order record (order number, email, amount, date): kept only as long as Thai tax law requires.
GPS COORDINATES
Coordinates are hidden on the poster unless you switch them on. If your run starts at home, leave them off.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, take back your consent, or object to how we use it. Email ranmade.th@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
